Job Description
The following are the primary focus areas:
Strategic Leadership
*Bring a solid regional perspective to the development and execution of the global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap
*Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, culture, and workforce priorities
*Support the evolution and maturity of the HR operating model within the regionService Delivery & Operations
*Lead Tier 1 to Tier 3 HR Shared Service team members to deliver consistent, high-quality services aligned with the Global Service Catalogue and Standard Work
*Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of HR transactions and requests
*Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the region Global Service Catalogue & Process Excellence
*Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the Global Service Catalogue based on regional insights
*Partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to drive process harmonization, standardization, and optimization
*Lead implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise HR processes
*Contribute to strategic initiatives that support India's growth and operational excellence objectives.Continuous Improvement & Innovation
*Identify and implement automation and AI-driven opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
*Champion a culture of continuous improvement using data, insights, and best practices
*Drive innovation to enhance agility and scalability of HR service deliveryPerformance Management
*Embed enterprise-wide HR Shared Services KPIs and SLAs within the regional team
*Establish robust governance, reporting, and performance management mechanisms
*Drive accountability through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesPeople Leadership
