Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with account, transaction, payment, and banking service-related queries.

Resolve customer complaints and service requests professionally.

Provide accurate information about banking products and services.

Verify customer details and maintain proper documentation.

Follow banking procedures, compliance guidelines, and data-security standards.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.

Achieve assigned customer service and quality targets.

Maintain qualified communication and excellent customer relationships.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate as per company requirements.
