nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Presales Lead to drive enterprise solutioning, customer engagement, and technical sales support.
nrole requires robust expertise in virtualization, cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
nYou will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design scalable solutions and support enterprise customer transformation journeys.

nKey Responsibilities

Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.n
Conduct discovery sessions and technical discussions with IT and security teamsn
Deliver product demos, technical presentations, workshops, and POCsn




Design secure digital workspace and remote access solutions.n
Prepare solution architecture documents, proposals, BOMs, and RFP/RFI responsesn
Work with CXOs, IT heads, and security stakeholders for solution alignmentn
Support POC execution and transition to implementation teamsn
Enable partners and internal teams on solution positioningn
Stay updated on cybersecurity, cloud, and industry trendsn
Mentor junior presales engineersn

nRequired Experience

10+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Architecture / Technical Consultingn
Strong knowledgn
Virtualization (VMware / Citrix / EUC / VDI)n
Cybersecurity & Zero Trust conceptsn
Networking & enterprise infrastructuren
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCPn
Experience in enterprise customer engagement and solution designn

nPreferred Skills

SaaS or cybersecurity domain experiencen
Exposure to Zero Trust Access / Secure Remote Access solutionen
