About the Role
/n
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain to create, maintain, and manage high-quality technical and developer documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DITA XML, Document360, API documentation, Docs-as-Code practices, Git workflows, and AI-assisted documentation tools. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into explicit, user-centric documentation.

The role involves developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, administrator guides, API documentation, developer documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, and online help content.

Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation.
/n
- Create structured, modular, and reusable documentation using DITA XML standards.
/n
- Manage, publish, and maintain documentation using Document360 and other documentation platforms.
/n
- Develop and maintain REST API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and related tools.
/n
- Create comprehensive developer documentation, integration guides, configuration documentation, and code samples.
/n
- Work in a Docs-as-Code environment using Git-based version control and documentation workflows.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, Support, and Cybersecurity SMEs to gather technical information and produce high-quality documentation.
