Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about data and eager to turn raw numbers into meaningful business insights. You’ll work with large datasets, create reports, and support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Assist in creating reports and data models to support business needs.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.




Work with different teams to understand their data requirements.
Present data findings to internal stakeholders in a transparent and concise manner.
Maintain and update data systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and basic SQL.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
