Role & responsibilities
Recruit and onboard POSP Agents/Advisors.
Build and manage a robust agency network.
Generate Motor, Health, and Life Insurance business through partners.
Train and guide POSP agents on products and sales processes.
Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, and renewals.
Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Maintain solid relationships with agents and business partners.
