Job Description
- Lead and grow a team of 8-10 AI and full-stack engineers.
- Own the architecture for agentic AI systems, RAG, orchestration, and LLM operations.
- Drive development of AI-powered products and the enterprise intelligence layer.
- Make key technical decisions on models, frameworks, routing, and evaluations.
- Establish AI-native engineering practices including evaluation-driven development.
- Define quality, governance, observability, and release standards for production AI.
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders to deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Champion rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and high-velocity execution.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




- 6-10 years' experience in software and AI engineering.
- Minimum 2 years leading and developing teams.
- Robust hands-on expertise with production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
- Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, or similar frameworks.
- Strong Python skills with solid understanding of modern application architectures.
- Proven track record of shipping reliable AI products into production environments.
- Demonstrated bias for action, experimentation, innovation, and technical leadership.
