nKey Responsibilities

Lead architectural planning and design management for residential projects.n
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project execution teams.n
Monitor design approvals and mitigate project-related risks.n




Support management in strategic architectural and project decisions.n
Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.n

nExperience & Profile
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.n
Strong experience in large residential townships and high-rise residential developments.n
Expertise in consultant coordination and project management.n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and architectural execution.n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a quick-paced setting.n
