We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Commercial Sales professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales for our Faridabad location.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial real estate projects, generating new business prospects, managing clients and channel partners, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Faridabad commercial real estate market, an established network of brokers/channel partners, and a proven track record of closing commercial property transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven, quick-paced environment.
Solid network within the real estate industry.
