MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification required: Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing accounting and financial operations of the fund, overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to investors and regulatory bodies.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including tax laws, SEBI laws, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Managing the accounting operations of the fund, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliation, preparation and review of accounting books.
Assisting in and ensuring timely audit closures including valuations of the portfolio companies.
Providing full back office support in execution of the investment transaction regarding the purchase, sale,



or retention of investments.
Identifying and managing financial risks associated with the fund's investments, including credit, market, and liquidity risks.
Managing external service providers for fund accounting, custody, investor relations services etc.
Addressing queries from the investors of the fund and building a robust relationship with them.
Providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
5+ years’ experience in Fund Accounting (AIF experience preferred) and related activities
Should be able to manage multiple deliverables.
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
Takes pro-active ownership and accountability for independent analytical work or process coordination and improvement.
Ability to balance speed and accuracy.
Robust communication skills – both oral and written.
