About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their learning requirements, explaining suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels .
Understand students' or parents' requirements, career goals, and learning needs.
Explain course features, curriculum, advantages, fees, and payment options.
Conduct effective sales pitches and product demonstrations/counselling sessions .
Follow up consistently with prospective customers and move them through the sales funnel.
Convert leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets .
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.




Handle objections related to pricing, course suitability, competition, and timing.
Build strong relationships with prospects and provide a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with counselling, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
Track daily activities, conversions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and the company's course offerings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment .
Good listening and customer-understanding skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and communication platforms.
Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi ; additional regional languages are a plus.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales/Marketing
