Job Role:
Handle end-to-end collections for Consumer Loan portfolio in assigned area.
Manage and drive performance of on-roll and off-roll collection teams.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets (Bucket 0 90+).
Monitor delinquency, roll-backs, and resolution of overdue accounts.
Coordinate with legal/repossession agencies for hard bucket cases.
Maintain robust compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in Consumer Loan / Retail Loan collections.
Robust team handling and field collection exposure.
Positive knowledge of buckets, NPA management & legal process.
Graduation mandatory.
