nKey Responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies.n
Lead the finalisation of accounts (IndAS & IGAAP), preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors.n
Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME, and other statutory requirements.n
Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities.n
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.n
Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team.n

nExperience: 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setups.
n

nQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
