Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Account Engineer to work directly with our European clients, providing technical account management and project support. Working remotely from India as an extension of the client's team, you'll be their key point of contact — managing automotive projects, handling technical queries, and building solid relationships. Strong communication and ownership are as important as technical skill.
nKey Responsibilities

Act as the key point of contact for the client on technical and project mattersn
Manage projects from enquiry through to delivery — timelines, updates, and coordinationn
Understand client requirements and provide technical support and solutionsn
Prepare and support quotations, RFQs, and technical proposalsn
Join regular client calls, present updates, and build strong working relationshipsn
Track project progress, anticipate issues, and keep everything on schedulen
Support business development — identify opportunities and help grow the client accountn

nRequired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentn
5 years in technical account management, project engineering, or application engineeringn
Background in plastics / injection moulding and/or automotive manufacturingn
Proven experience working in an English-speaking workplace with direct customer interactionn
Excellent spoken and written English — this is a hard requirement, as the role is client-facing with European customersn
Strong coordination and organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects at oncen
Comfortable reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processesn
Confident, qualified communicator who can represent the company to clientsn
