Technical Skills
Robust SQL and ETL/ELT experience (SAP Data Services, ADF).
Proficiency across Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks.
Data modeling and Power BI reporting expertise, including reconciliation and regression validation.
Experience remediating or migrating existing data platforms (not just greenfield build).
SAP ECC / S/4HANA source experience strongly preferred; knowledge of APIs for data integration.
Valuable to have: Logic Apps, Function Apps, Power App
Soft Skills
Solid problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple delivery partners.
Experience
5+ years in data engineering or analytics.
Preferably prior Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or R&D; domain experience.
Azure certification (preferred).
