Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic growth plans across D2C (Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.)
Drive customer acquisition via paid performance campaigns (Meta, Google, affiliates)
Own and optimize the e-commerce funnel — traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and retention
Manage marketplace growth: pricing, SEO, catalog, ads (AMS), and promotions
Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion rates
Track and analyze key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, repurchase rate, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, operations) for growth initiatives
Leverage CRM tools (WebEngage/MoEngage/Klaviyo) for retention and remarketing
Lead CRO and UI/UX improvements on website using tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize
Collaborate with influencer, affiliate, and content partners for brand-led growth

Requirements




4–7 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce growth or performance marketing
Proven success in scaling online revenue via paid campaigns and funnel optimization
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart/Nykaa panels
Solid analytical skills; mastery of GA4, Excel, Data Studio, heatmaps, etc.
Knowledge of retention tools (email/SMS automation), subscription models, and upsells
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Entrepreneurial mindset with solid execution and ownership

Positive to Have
Experience in a skincare, beauty, personal care, or health/wellness brand
Understanding of Unicommerce, Razorpay, or marketplace management tools
Prior experience managing 3rd party agencies (media, creative, or SEO)
