Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of critical, time-sensitive operational processes, such as managing and disputing errors Third-Party Delivery platforms.



This is a great opportunity for an adaptable generalist with strong quantitative skills who wants hands-on experience in business operations and making an immediate impact in a rapid-paced environment.

Where you will create Impact
- Manage and execute time-sensitive daily operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor, identify, and promptly dispute errors on 3PD (Third-Party Delivery) platforms to protect company margins.
- Take ownership of repetitive operational workflows, ensuring they are completed within strict deadlines.
- Act as a reliable support system for the core operations team, enabling them to pivot their focus toward high-level strategic projects.
- Identify basic opportunities to streamline and improve daily operational processes and efficiency.
