As a senior member of the business team, you will be responsible for managing key government and PSU relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the business across Digital, Social Media, Branding, Events, Advertising, and Integrated Communications.

You will own the complete business development lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, understanding client requirements, participating in tenders and RFPs, developing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business. The role also involves managing large accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality client servicing and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the government business ecosystem, established stakeholder relationships, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex, high-value accounts and sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage,



and strengthen relationships with Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, and senior government stakeholders.
- Drive new business acquisition and identify opportunities within the government and PSU sector.
- Own the end-to-end business development process from opportunity identification and client engagement to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Lead participation in government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOI processes, proposals, and competitive bidding.
- Manage strategic government accounts and ensure strong client relationships, satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for new projects across Digital, Social Media, Branding, Events, Advertising, and Integrated Communications.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and strengthen the overall business portfolio.
