knowledge of DOE, concepts
Design and execute experiments to optimize reaction conditions,

Conduct literature searches, patent analysis, and intellectual property protection strategies.
Maintain accurate records of experimental data, results, and protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from a reputed university or institute.
experience in BULK DRUGS & INTERMEDIATE SYNTHESIS with expertise in Development .
Solid understanding of analytical method development and validation principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
