NWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Nacharam, Hyderabad . The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent vendor relationships, and proven experience in marketing and placing IT consultants.
NKey Responsibilities

Market available IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing companies . N
Identify suitable requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, email campaigns, and existing databases. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors, recruiters, and clients . N
Submit consultant profiles against suitable requirements and actively follow up on submissions. N
Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors. N
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients. N




Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, experience, location preferences, availability, and project requirements. N
Generate current vendor contacts and continuously expand the vendor network. N
Maintain accurate records of requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements. N
Follow up consistently until the consultant is successfully placed. N
Achieve defined weekly and monthly submission and placement targets. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

2–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing. N
Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process . N
Good understanding of employment types such as C2C, W2, and 1099 . N
Strong existing networkof vendors and implementation partners is preferred. N
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
Robust negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities. N
