NWe are looking for a Senior Business Leader from the Heavy Commercial Vehicle industry to lead and build a high-growth electric mobility business focused on buses and trucks .
NThis is a strategic leadership opportunity for a skilled who has successfully managed large-scale HCV business, sales, customer acquisition and commercial operations and is ready to build the next phase of an emerging EV ecosystem.
N Key Mandate

N
Own the P&L;, revenue, EBITDA, growth and business strategy for the HCV electric mobility business. N
Lead Channel, Corporate, Institutional, Fleet and Franchise business development across India. N
Build and scale a nationwide network of battery-swapping/energy infrastructure . N
Develop strategic relationships with HCV OEMs, fleet operators, logistics companies, STUs, institutional customers and infrastructure partners . N




Drive adoption of electric trucks and buses through creative commercial and fleet models. N
Build and manage a scalable franchise-led sales, operations and aftermarket ecosystem . N
Lead customer acquisition, network utilisation, station economics and overall customer experience. N
Work closely with OEMs and ecosystem partners to accelerate HCV EV adoption and battery-swapping integration . N
Develop and execute thebusiness plan for a rapidly scaling business with significant investment backing. N

n What we are looking for

n
20–25 years ofoverall experience , preferably in the HCV segment . N
Robust background in trucks and/or buses . N
Experience in National / Regional Business Leadership, Sales Leadership or P&L; ownership . N
Proven exposure to dealer/channel, corporate, institutional and fleet sales . N
Strong understanding ofthe HCV customer and commercial ecosystem.
