E&I; Technician Instrument Upkeep & Reliable Job Description Experience/: 0 to 3 yrs Salary/: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills/: Combined Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance/: Proficiency in both field instrumentation /(transmitters, control valves, solenoids, sensors/) and electrical control wiring, motor starters, contactors, relays, and three/-phase power circuits. Expertise in Calibration and Loop Testing/: Practical expertise using process calibrators, including multimeters, HART communicators, pressure hand pumps, dry/-block temperature bath calibrators, and multifunction loop calibrators. Automation Signal & Control Circuit Knowledge/: Capacity to trace 4/-20mA/0/-10V control loops, check PLC I/O module field wiring, read electrical schematics, P&ID; drawings and control loop diagrams. Robust adherence to industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout /(LOTO/) procedures, arc flash safety, grounding/earthing checks, and safety regulations for hazardous/flammable process settings are all part of the shop/-floor safety and intrinsic safety standards.
