Job Responsibilities:
Source IT specialists through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
Learn the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Eligibility
Freshers or recent graduates (Any Degree).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust willingness to learn and grow in US IT Recruitment.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.
Willing to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).
