Job Description
- Own the complete business P&L; and deliver sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies to increase market penetration and accelerate growth.
- Lead large cross-functional teams across sales, design, operations, and project execution.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimisation and scalable improvements.
- Monitor key business metrics including sales conversion, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Partner with marketing, finance, product, and central functions to achieve business objectives.
- Build a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.




- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and business performance insights.

The Successful Applicant
- 10 to 15 years of experience in business management, general management, sales leadership, business development, or operations leadership
- Proven track record of managing P&L; responsibility and delivering profitable growth
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business planning, revenue management, and operational execution
- Demonstrated success in leading large cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on leadership style
- Experience in scaling operations and driving process improvements
- Postgraduate degree from a premier business school preferred
