We are looking for a skilled End User Computing skilled with 2 to 7 years of experience to provide end-to-end support on desktop issues, laptop support, and application installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide end-to-end support on desktop issues and troubleshoot problems.
Install and configure applications and systems.
Troubleshoot patch and AV issues.
Perform basic day-to-day activities related to end-user computing.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document and track incidents and resolutions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user computing or a related field.




Robust knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and processes.
