About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager to lead our placement function, build solid employer relationships, and drive successful placement opportunities for students and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Identify and generate new placement opportunities.
Manage end-to-end placement drives and recruitment processes.
Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers across organizations.
Build and maintain a solid employer network.
Guide candidates through interview and placement processes.
Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and hiring outcomes.
Lead and mentor the placement team.

Requirements
5–7 years of experience in placements, EdTech, Healthcare, or Pharma.
Solid corporate and recruiter networking skills.
Experience managing placement/recruitment teams.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Proven ability to achieve placement targets.
