Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and employee-centric HR Executive with 3t o 4 years of experience in handling core HR operations and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on boarding, employee relations, attendance management, grievance handling, and overall employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage end-to-end onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding experience for recent employees.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Attendance & HR Operations

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and regularization processes.

Coordinate with payroll team for attendance-related inputs.

Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.




Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.

Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Foster positive employee relations and promote a healthy work setting.
Exit Management

Manage end-to-end exit formalities including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, clearance process, and documentation.

Coordinate full and final settlement process with relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist role.

Strong understanding of onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and grievance handling.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.
