Job Description
- Own the complete P&L; for the Care Chemicals business, including revenue growth, profitability, working capital, and cash realization.
- Lead a ₹250Cr+ international business with responsibility for delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
- Define and execute medium to long-term growth strategies across key international markets including North America, Europe, and Latin America.
- Build new customer relationships, strategic partnerships, distributor networks, and key account programs to accelerate global expansion.
- Develop and drive portfolio strategy across Home & Personal Care, Flavours & Fragrances, Cosmetic Ingredients,



specialty formulations, and differentiated solutions.
- Evaluate current product opportunities, applications, and market adjacencies in collaboration with technical and market research teams.
- Drive commercial excellence through pricing strategy, margin management, contract negotiations, and value-based selling initiatives.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with global customers, principals, and supply partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team while fostering accountability and ownership.
- Partner closely with sourcing, supply chain, finance, logistics, operations, and senior leadership teams to deliver business objectives.
- Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to organization-wide growth initiatives and governance processes.
