About the Role:

Postcard Hotels is seeking experienced Front Office Managers to join our growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.

n

The role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, personalised guest service, and operational excellence . You will lead the Front Office team and ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and maintain exceptional service standards.
n
Own the complete guest journey, ensuring personalised and intuitive service.
n
Be visible and engaged with guests, proactively anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
n
Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
n
Ensure seamless coordination with Housekeeping, F&B;, Reservations, and other departments.
n
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, billing, VIP handling, and guest requests.
n
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with maturity and discretion.
n
Ensure adherence to Postcard Hotels' SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
n
Support the General Manager and leadership team in delivering guest and business objectives.
n

What We Are Looking For:

Luxury hotel or resort experience is essential.
n
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
n
Solid knowledge of luxury guest service and Front Office operations.
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
n
A warm, confident, and discreet approach to guest interactions.
n
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
n
