Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into transparent functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams.
Ensure business requirements align with strategic and operational objectives

Utilize Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, and similar analytical tools to assess data quality and reporting accuracy.
Partner with data and technology teams to enhance reporting models and automate manual processes.
Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and recommend sustainable solutions.
Validate business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
Qualified qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
