Requirements

JD:
Mechanical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience in heavy machinery and heavy engineering industries(Mining, Elevators Conveyors, Heavy Crushers).
Solid experience in machine design, structural design, and fabrication engineering. Large assembly handling.
Skilled in 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings.
Good knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Experienced in welding detailing and welding standards as per ISO and AWS.
Experience in hydraulic systems, sheet metal, and heavy welding and fabricated structures.
Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, and design standards.
Experience in concept design, design modification, and design validation.
Skilled in BOM preparation and engineering documentation.




Mechanical design calculation, stress analysis.
Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Versatile to work on weekends when needed and night shifts when needed.
Should be capable of independently handling and coordinating with international clients with valuable communication skills(Very important)
Software Skills: Must have Autodesk Inventor, illogic, SolidWorks, ​Creo. Ms office .
