Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other paid channels.
- Manage and optimize digital media budgets exceeding ₹2 crore per month.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Lead experimentation through A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and leadership teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.




- Build performance dashboards and derive actionable insights to improve marketing efficiencies.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a growing performance marketing team.

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and analytics platforms.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets (₹2 crore+ monthly).
- Solid analytical mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
- Prior leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Agency candidates with significant exposure to leading D2C brands will also be considered.
