Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and quality improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for enhancement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Positive analytical skills to assess quality metrics and improve testing
