The role bridges business stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, Sales Heads) and technology teams to design and implement transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Understand Business Requirements
Gather requirements from Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Teams, and Sales Leadership.
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
Transform Sales Processes
Analyze the current ("As-Is") sales journey.
Design the future ("To-Be") sales process.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Standardize and automate sales workflows.
