Firman Solutions is hiring Recruiter Trainees to join our U.S. Staffing team.
You don't need prior recruitment experience. What matters is your communication, confidence, willingness to learn, and drive to build a career in U.S. Staffing.
You'll receive hands-on exposure to the recruitment process while working with candidates and supporting staffing opportunities in the U.S. market.

What You'll Do:
As a Recruiter Trainee, you'll learn and support:
Sourcing candidates for U.S. staffing prospects
Searching for suitable candidates through recruitment platforms
Reviewing and screening resumes
Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience
Explaining job opportunities and requirements




Coordinating interviews
Following up with candidates
Maintaining candidate information and pipelines
Building skilled relationships with candidates
Supporting the recruitment team with active requirements

Who Can Apply?
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.

10+2 / Higher Secondary or above
