Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, coordinating with customers and internal departments, maintaining sales records, preparing quotations and proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads, orders, and customer requirements.
The role requires solid coordination, communication, follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination & Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Coordinate with sales executives, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Track customer requirements, enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending actions.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers on open enquiries and proposals.
2. Lead & Enquiry Management
Receive and record incoming customer enquiries and sales leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification and assignment.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, customers, and sales opportunities.




Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
3. Quotation & Proposal Coordination
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and other sales documents as required.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technical, and other departments for pricing and solution details.
Ensure quotations and proposals are shared with customers within agreed timelines.
Maintain records of submitted quotations and track their status.
4. Order & Sales Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for processing customer orders after confirmation.
Follow up on documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and other required approvals.
Monitor order status and keep the sales team/customer updated.
Coordinate with Finance regarding invoicing and payment follow-ups where required.
5. Customer Communication
Respond to customer queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
