Job Title: GDS Alliances Systems Integrator (SI) Ops Coordinator

Job Summary:

The GDS Systems Integrator (SI) Ops Coordinator will function out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and will be responsible for providing ongoing operations support for one or more Systems Integrator alliances as part of the broader Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. The incumbent will help co-develop and thereafter operationalize the operations support delivery model for a single SI relationship or a combination of SI relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery for ongoing initiatives, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and special projects assigned from time to time.



The role will partner with onshore alliance operations contacts, SI relationship leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic projects and initiatives as required.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Provide operational support for strategic Systems Integrator alliances and ecosystem programs across planning, governance, reporting and execution activities.
Provide SI alliance leadership with effective dashboard reporting and business insights, including revenue, wins, pipeline, opportunities, investments, perks utilization and ad-hoc data reporting requests.
Support recurring alliance governance forums, including pre-meeting, in-meeting and post-meeting support such as agenda formation, meeting deck collation, storyboarding, content curation/design, summary notes and action tracking.
