Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of ROI facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency
Support the team to get the basic support to get the IT infra, Field glass access and profile creation in client system, laptop etc.,
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, space planning, and office moves
Oversee the functioning of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
Financial & Budget Management
Manage budget utilization, pass-through, and CAPEX requirements.
Obtain approvals based on quotations and requirements.
Vendor & Service Partner Management
Oversee vendor management, ensuring service efficiency and quality.
Manage service partners, including technical, housekeeping, indoor plants, pest control, and pantry services.
Ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals with proper inclusions and exclusions.
Ensure PNC (Preventive Maintenance Contract) renewals with proper negotiation and comparison.
Conduct monthly system reviews with service vendors to enhance service levels.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
Oversee all infrastructure-related activities.
Ensure smooth coordination and execution of building-related activities.
Monitor and support staff in their core functional areas.
Supervise technical and soft services.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
