About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Wholesale Operations group supporting the build out of the Digital and Intelligent automation functions.
In this role, individual will be part of the Wholesale Operational Excellence function involved in delivering cross line of business change across Wholesale Operations. The centralized model helps to apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for the Wholesale Operations Strategic and Risk priorities. The role is critical to the Wholesale Operations Opex team support and help keep the functional leaders and managers in the day-to-day operations of serving our clients.
The individual is expected to have strong background of running and managing transformation initiatives around Digital and Intelligent automation, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The incumbent will be required to work under stringent timelines, maintain robust engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment.
The individual will take lead in working stakeholders to identify current challenges around Digital and Intelligent automation, help identify pain points, risk, and gaps. Post which implement solutions leveraging platforms like, Xceptor and working alongside multiple partners.
In this role, the Senior Business Execution consultant will focus on:
Design and document new business requirements to drive change or enhancements.
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
