PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role
HubBroker is looking for a PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our products and services.
The primary focus of this role will be PPC and performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and display advertising.
You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to ensure that paid marketing campaigns deliver measurable business growth, improve lead quality, and effectively support the sales funnel.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, conversion tracking, and digital marketing performance is essential to support both paid and organic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and display advertising platforms.
Develop paid lead-generation strategies to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and sales-ready leads.
Manage end-to-end PPC activities, including:
Keyword research
Bidding strategy
Ad copy creation




Audience targeting
Landing page alignment
Budget optimization
Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to continuously improve ROI, conversion rates, lead quality, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Track leads, campaign sources, conversions, and overall campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align paid marketing campaigns with lead nurturing and conversion objectives.
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and website performance improvements.
Create and coordinate content for landing pages, ad creatives, newsletters, blogs, and other campaign assets.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
Support product launches through performance-driven promotional campaigns.
