Job Summary

Role and responsibilities: strong hands-on expertise in SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services). Solid understanding of BODS architecture, repositories, job servers, and management console. Hands-on experience in designing and developing ETL jobs, workflows, and dataflows. Strong experience in data migration projects, preferably ECC to S/4HANA or legacy to SAP systems. Positive knowledge of Data Quality components including cleansing packages, validations, and transforms. Experience integrating SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, BW) and non-SAP sources (flat files, databases). Knowledge of scripting, error handling, logging, and exception management in BODS. Ability to analyze data issues and work with functional teams to resolve inconsistencies.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support ETL solutions using SAP BODS.
Develop data migration objects for master data and transactional data.
Configure and manage repositories, job servers, schedules, and transports.
Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Perform performance tuning of jobs and optimize large-volume data loads.
Support testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT)



and production cutover activities.
Monitor daily loads and resolve job failures and data errors.
Prepare technical documentation, data mapping specifications, and migration reports.
Collaborate with Basis, functional, and reporting teams during projects.

Requirements
