Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to understand customer needs
Define the overall architecture and technical roadmap for CATIA/DELMIA customization
Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
Prepare technical specifications, and architecture documents.
Lead End to End Solution development of CATIA/DELMIA customizations using CAA, EKL, C++, and Web Services.
Mentor and guide development teams on technical implementation and problem resolution.
Work closely with customers to provide technical leadership, solution presentations, and architecture recommendations.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices by identifying prospects to leverage Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered developer tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.




Support technical estimations, solution proposals, architecture governance, and technology roadmaps

Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in CAA/C++ application development, with proven experience in technical leadership or software architecture.
Robust hands-on expertise in CAA, EKL, C++, and COM Programming.
Extensive experience in designing, developing, and customizing CATIA/DELMIA applications.
Mandatory experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and DELMIA applications.
DELMIA Functional Knowledge will be a plus
Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution development, define technical architecture, and mentor development teams.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, mathematical, geometry, and 3D visualization skills.
