We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models, ensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural and structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data.
Coordinate MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM setting.
Prepare detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings.
Conduct clash detection and prepare reports.
Support the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
Robust understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
Scan to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred.
Experience with Dynamo is a plus.
Familiarity with US projects is preferred.
