Key Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap,



specifically focusing on integrating Machine Learning and AI capabilities into our core aviation offerings.
Strategic Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a high-value, prioritized backlog of user stories. Ensure all development efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and customer outcomes.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Collaborate closely with Business Owners, System Architects, Release Train Engineers, and Product Managers to align product vision with technical feasibility.
Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and experimentation to industrialization. Define iteration objectives, Acceptance Criteria, and the Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD).
Lean-Agile Leadership: Demonstrate strong Lean-Agile principles. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless delivery.
