About the Department:
The Technology Quality Assurance team delivers enterprise-wide testing services that help ensure reliable, high-quality technology solutions across the organization. The team combines functional, automation, performance, and data testing expertise and works collaboratively within an Agile delivery model. With an automation-first approach and growing adoption of AI-enabled quality practices, team members support web, mobile, Application Programming Interface (API),



and data platforms while building contemporary testing capabilities and advancing their technical skills.
