The role works closely with other SAP platform areas including Security/GRC, ABAP, Integration, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Own the SAP Basis service and ensure delivery of stable, secure, and reliable SAP platform services through managed service providers.
Govern vendor performance, service quality, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide SAP Basis architecture leadership and technical governance for platform changes, projects, and transformation programs.
