HIRING | RESPONSIBLE SOURCING & CONFLICT MINERALS ANALYST

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Responsible Sourcing & Conflict Minerals Analyst with strong knowledge of Conflict Minerals Reporting, Responsible Sourcing and ESG practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and support Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals reporting activities.
• Collect, review and validate supplier data through CMRT and related reporting templates.
• Identify and assess smelters, refiners, countries of origin and supply-chain risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies and compliance issues.
• Support responsible sourcing due diligence, risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, reporting records and compliance trackers.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability,



Compliance and suppliers.
• Support ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Robust understanding of Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals Reporting
Hands-on experience with CMRT and supplier data collection
Knowledge of 3TG – Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten & Gold
Understanding of RMI / RMAP and responsible sourcing practices
Knowledge of OECD Due Diligence Guidelines / ESG compliance
Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills
Good communication and Excel/reporting capabilities
EDUCATION
Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy preferred, or MBA in Sustainability / ESG, or relevant hands-on experience in Conflict Minerals Reporting.
