Experience: Person with 3-5 years of experience24/7 Production supportRotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
-Technical: Working knowledge on IIS and Windows Server, Windows based applications, .net Application-Nice to have - Exposure to ticketing tool (Service Now) and banking domain.
-Positive verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors
