Position Overview
JLL is seeking a creative Content Development & Simulation Designer to shape learning experiences for our Experience Upskilling App—a digital platform delivering gamified training to on-site employees across our global facility management accounts.




You'll design compelling simulation-based experiences that drive measurable behavioural change, crafting engaging narratives and dialogues that transform learning objectives into experiences users genuinely want to complete.
Additionally, you'll support JLL's Pit Stop Program—our continuous improvement initiative that captures, evaluates, and shares innovative experience initiatives across global accounts. This dual focus allows you to both create new learning content and help elevate best practices emerging from the field.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for curious, creative L&D; professionals who combine storytelling flair with technical understanding. You have proven experience developing narrative-driven training content, ideally including dialogue-based scenarios. You're energized by client interaction and research, using these insights to inform your designs.
