What You'll Don
- n
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.n
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project timeline.n
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.n
- Build excitement about Magical Nest and our design process.n
- Schedule consultations for our Senior Sales Consultants.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects.n
- Coordinate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.n




- Consistently achieve monthly lead qualification and consultation booking targets.n

What We're Looking Forn
- n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus).n
- Confident, energetic, and customer-centric personality.n
- Strong listening and questioning skills.n
- Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and WhatsApp.n
- Highly organized with attention to detail.n
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic productivity software.n
- Prior experience in inside sales, lead qualification, customer success, real estate, interiors, premium retail, or hospitality is preferred.n
- Experience in the interior design industry is a plus, but not mandatory.n
